Allan Finch was the Deputy Mayor of Sunnydale under the infamous Mayor Richard Wilkins.
Biography[]
Allan was a nervous individual who seemed to be bothered by the mayor's evil ways.
Eventually, Finch became completely disillusioned with Wilkins and left to warn the Scooby Gang of his plans. However, he ran into Buffy Summers and Faith Lehane while on his way; caught up in battle mode, Faith assumed him to be a vampire and staked him through the heart before realizing her mistake.[1] In the aftermath, a bitter and isolated Faith became Mayor Wilkins's right-hand man, rejecting the Scoobies' efforts to make her recognize and accept what she had done in favor of the side that approved of her growing need for violence.[2]
