- "Darling Willow. Did you think I could not find you?"
- ―Saga Vasuki[src]
- "You? Aluwyn, you're Saga Vasuki -- you thrive on chaos. You'd love to see her corrupted."
Aluwyn first pretended to be Willow's guide during her astral journey of self-discovery, though actually she was merely trying to mislead Willow - with the aid of her team: Muffitt, Gnog, and Ganderfleb - until Willow figured out Aluwyn's plan and a group of goddesses appeared to present her with a choice of guide. Rejecting the chance to have a ghostly Tara Maclay as her guide, Willow instead chose Aluwyn, despite that fact that she was a trickster.
When Sephrilian grew impatient with Buffy and Willow decided to send them through a series of past and future events in an attempt to drive a wedge between them. The vision depicted a naked Willow being embraced by - and apparently having sex with - Vasuki, causing Buffy to say, "Wow, your bad is way better than mine."
Willow cast a spell that causes both their eyes to flare blue and connect, though whether the spell had its intended effect is not clear, but Willow is plunged into a vision of New York burning, the Scythe, and Saga. Saga addresses her as her "darling Willow", suggesting that she may have genuine feelings for her. At the end of the comic, Willow is seen magically communicating with Saga Vasuki, possibly to learn of what she was trying to tell her.
It seemed that Saga had called to Willow through the vision so she would go to New York to close a time rift, so both Buffy and Willow went to investigate. A few hours after arriving, Willow and a few slayers were at the scene of the temporal shift: a high-rise building at the corner of 53rd and Lexington. Moments later, Buffy joined the girls from her private meeting wearing a short dress and boots. When questioned Buffy offers to change, but not before a sudden flash of light zapped Buffy away and replaced her with a demon. Buffy was sent to time of Melaka Fray. In the present day, Kennedy and Willow slept together so that Willow would experience an orgasm in order to reach Saga Vasuki and ask her how to get Buffy back to the present. Aluwyn told Willow that the time rift would reopen that same night, also warning Willow not to look into the future when saving Buffy, and refusing to give her a reason.
When Willow was on her way to Sunnydale with other members of the Slayer Organization and Spike, Vasuki revealed herself to Willow to inform her of the Seed of Wonder and warned that its destruction would bring an end to all magic. Several months since the end of magic started, Aluwyn's wherabouts were revealed to be in a dimension named Wonderland. During her time, she had befriended three unnamed witches (A centaur, an blue angel, and a Poison Ivy look-alike) and created her very own wiccan group. Willow eventually journeyed there to return magic to Earth and came across her by chance. The two had reunited joyously and kissed each other passionately. She aided her into finding the Wellspring and when Willow had failed to maintain a portal to her world, she had informed her that it was impossible since both sides of the portal had to have magic. She knew this because she herself had tried several times.
Powers and Abilities
A powerful sorceress and teacher of Witches , Aluwyn has displayed great magical power. She was able to tamper with Willow's, a powerful witch in her own right, spells to guide her to Aluwyn's location. She was also capable of performing magic to banish Marrak from her Wellspring along with her coven. She was able to unite with Willow to banish a large Elder Demon without killing it. It is persumed she can also perform Lightshows as she was the one to train Willow and Kumiko in how to perform them after their intial training with her. She is able to track and sense Willow's magic as long as Willow is in a dimenstion with magical power. She can communicate with people if they reach a certain state of being, such as a sexual climax.
As a demon she has great strength, able to lift Willow despite the size of her body.
