Anna the Ringel Demon
Anna was an inmate at Mosaic. She assisted in the uprising at Mosaic with Spike, Marv, Beck, and Betta George. Anna has the ability to dampen powers of those around her. It's a natural occurring power that she can't control. She tried acting but couldn't get any parts because of her horns, even after she had them altered.
