Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Sacrifice is a game for the Nintendo DS. The game features approximately 24 levels with Buffy, Spike, Angel and others trying to reseal the Hellmouth after the events of "Chosen". The story was written by Rob Des Hotel.

The game is the sixth video game in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer franchise. It was released on March 6, 2009 by 505 Games in Europe exclusively through GAME. No precise release dates have been announced for other regions.
