Celia (last name unknown) was Buffy's cousin. She and Buffy were very close as children. Celia passed away when she was about eight years old, Buffy was with her in the hospital when she died.
It was much later in life that Buffy found that Celia had in fact been murdered by Der Kindestod.
She was portrayed by Denise Johnson.
