Angel feels isolated, obsolete and even a bit jealous when the Groosalugg arrives in Los Angeles (after being exiled from Pylea) and immediately saves the gang in a battle with a demon, and is welcomed into the loving arms of Cordelia. Meanwhile, Gunn and Fred, having declared their love for each other, take on a case in which they investigate the disappearance of a man and end up underground as captives of a life-draining tree creature. But when the Groosalugg fails to save Gunn and Fred, Angel steps in and succeeds where the Groosalugg could not, which prompts Cordelia to leave town with 'Gru' so they can sort their feelings. Also, Wesley begins to research a mysterious prophecy concerning baby Connor.
Quotes and Trivia
During Angel and Wesley's visit to the book store, you can notice one of the books on a book shelf. This book has a red cover and a picture of a wolf on it. This is the same book as used previously during their visit to the Pylea Dimension as the Wolf, Ram and Hart books.
