Dixon was a soldier of The Initiative. During the final stage of the 314 Project, in which Adam locked down the Initiative and trapped every being inside, Dixon reported when the containment cells were opened and the demon prisoners escaped.
As Colonel McNamara set out to take the Armory, he ordered Dixon and Stavros to keep the Scooby Gang under arrest. After the Colonel and his men left the Command Center, Dixon got knocked out by Buffy Summers.
