Eddie was a guard at the Northern California Women's Facility, a prison in which Faith Lehane was serving a sentence for second degree murder. He was present when Debbie tried to assassinate Faith. After sending Debbie to the infirmary, he assured Faith that he had seen the whole thing and remarked while examining the knife that he could not understand who would even try to fight her.
