Emil was a dealer of underworld weapons. He was portrayed by Treva Etienne.
In The House Always Wins, Wesley commisioned Emil to create a multiweapon that was hidden under his sleeves, it consisted of a colapsable sword, short blade and stake, that played a comedic role in Spin the Bottle, in Home we also see that it has a grappling hook.
Wolfram and Hart attempt to infilrate Emil's operation in Lineage but are stopped when they are attacked by a group of cyborgs. Emil was killed in this attack.
