Eric Balfour is an American actor and lead singer of the band Fredalba.

Balfour had roles in many films and television shows, and appeared in the pilot of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, playing the part of Jesse McNally, the best friend of Xander Harris.

Balfour is one of three actors to have appeared both in The O.C. and The West Wing. In August 2006, Balfour signed on to the appear in 24 again. He had appeared on the hit Fox series during the first season. He also co-starred with Angel star, J. August Richards in the Dick Wolf series, Conviction. He currently stars in SyFy's Haven.
