Beljoxa's Eye resided in a dark dimension described as "an eternal vortex." The dimension appeared as a dark void with nothing in it other than Beljoxa's Eye. Visitors to the dimension appeared to be buffeted by strong gusts of wind.[1]
Creating a portal into this dimension could only be performed by demons, regardless of species. They would have to offer their blood and chant: "Ek'vola mok't Beljoxa do'kar."[1]
With the ritual performed by Torg, Anya and Giles visited the dimension to consult Beljoxa's Eye about the First Evil and its attacks against Potential Slayers.[1]
