Bob Morrisey was an actor who portrayed an unidentified lunatic in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Gregson in Angel.

Morrisey was a recurring actor in the series Northern Exposure, The X-Files, Millennium, Providence, The Fugitive, Dharma & Greg, NYPD Blue, and Star Trek: Enterprise. His acting credits also include Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, That '70s Show, Gilmore Girls, Six Feet Under, Two and a Half Men, 24, Desperate Housewives, and more.
Morrisey died on December 29, 2017 at the age of 71.[1]
