Reggie Banks was a human who bought the blood of a Mohra demon from mob boss Mal Fraser. However, due to the end of magic, the Mohra blood not only healed him, but also caused his body to continue to grow, as if massively infected by cancer. Alongside many others like him, Banks was kept trapped by Fraser beneath his mansion. Upon his discovery by Angel and Faith Lehane, he was decapitated by the two, along with all the others, in an act of mercy.
Banks also had a wife and children.
