Spike vs. Dracula is a miniseries of the Spike comic book meta-series. It was written by Peter David and illustrated by Joe Corroney, Mike Ratera, Zach Howard, and Nicola Scott. The five issues were originally published from March to August 2006 by IDW Publishing.

- The old rivalry between Spike and Dracula had been established in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode of similar title, "Buffy vs. Dracula."
- The events of this story takes place in the years 1898 (after "Darla" flashbacks), 1934, 1943 (before "Why We Fight" flashbacks), 1959 (after "The Girl in Question" flashbacks), and 2003 (before "Destiny").
