Tansy Fry was a vampire and a member of the Order of Aurelius. She had fallen out of the Master's favor for her tendency for "overkill" and drawing unwanted attention to the order's activities, so Darla eventually took her place.
Following the fall and subsequent restoration of Los Angeles, Tansy attempted to recreate the Order of Aurelius, which had been disbanded following the deaths of the Master and the Anointed One, and create a Hellmouth in Los Angeles.
