The Outer Madness was a dimension inhabited by a telepathic, sentient tar creature.
History[]
Dawn Summers, Alexander Harris, and Bub were in this dimension while travelling from Anharra in search for Earth, more specifically between the Cyberhive and Slaughterworld.
The creature indicated the way through this dimension as taking a portal, banging a left at the carnivorous otters, and swim across the river of vomit, where they should find a gateway. With this difficulties, the creature suggested Dawn to stay, seeing in her mind she struggled with being unremarkable in her home dimension, while in the Outer Madness she would be able to command the beings and create a realm that pleased her. She refused, as she was seeking for her family.[1]
