Fritz Siegel was a Sunnydale High student and one of the star pupils of Jenny Calendar, along Willow Rosenberg and David Kirby, although his enthusiasm for computers bordered on obsession.

Fritz was quickly recruited into the service of Moloch the Corruptor when the demon was released into the Internet. Already obsessive and unstable by nature, Fritz became fanatically loyal to Moloch, going as far as carving his initial into his arm. Delighted by Moloch's order to kill Buffy Summers, Fritz also killed his fellow minion Dave when the latter had a crisis of conscience. Nevertheless, when Moloch's new robotic body was completed, the first thing the demon did was kill Fritz by snapping his neck.
The Sunnydale High Yearbook lists Fritz in the In Memorium section. It calls his death "a loss to the future of technology." That is probably the only good thing one could say about Fritz.
