Xander house

The exterior of the Harris residence.

The Harris residence was a house located in Sunnydale that belonged to Anthony, Jessica and Xander Harris. It was a fairly small house and was apparently close to the Rosenberg Residence. According to Anya Jenkins, the Harris owned also a pet cat[1].

The Basement

"Xander, the basement isn't a dump. It's more like a really nice...hovel."
Willow Rosenberg[src]

After his car broke down during a road trip, Xander returned home and had to live in the basement as well as pay rent while his friends, Willow Rosenberg, Buffy Summers and Oz attended college. He spent over a year living in his basement before he gained enough confidence to rent an apartment. The basement also served as a temporary home for Spike before he renovated a crypt as his own home.
