"Hell Mama" was how Slayer Faith Lehane referred to one of the demons of the Sisterhood of Jhe which she had a one-on-one fight against. The demoness managed to dislocate one of Faith's shoulders before Xander Harris saved Faith by hitting the demoness with his car. This gave the two of them enough time to get away.
