Jeff Kober is an American actor, born 18 December 1953. He is best known for his performances on television. He played both Zachary Kralik and Rack in Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
Background
Kober was born in Billings, Montana. He moved to Los Angeles in his early twenties to pursue a career as an actor. His first role was an uncredited spot on V. He earned renown for his role on China Beach as "Dodger" Winslow.
Best known for his portrayal of villains, Kober has been featured in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The-X Files and Walker, Texas Ranger.
