This apartment was the apartment belonging to Magnus Hainsley until he was killed by Angel and a ghosly Spike in 2003. It was the place where the Necromancer practise illegal magic operation by putting demons into human dead bodies. Also, there is also a room full of bodies, placed like sculptures into museum.
