The Mark of Tuatactl, or "stalking horses" in Akkadian dialect, was a sigil Lilitu used on her targets.[1] Angel and Spike bored the mark on the base of their necks and noted it caused them pain.[2] Drawing blood from where the tattoo was placed with Lilitu's hand opened the door to Lilitu's dimension.[1] After stabbing Lilitu with the talisman, Angel and Spike did not feel the mark anymore.[3]
