Nostroyev was a famous Siberian vampire who was kidnapped alongside Spike and the Prince of Lies for a Nazi-funded World War Two supersoldier project. Nostroyev claimed to be a major historical vampire as the Scourge of Siberia, although Angel had never heard of him. He also claimed to be Rasputin's lover. He was dusted by Angel.
