Rachel O'Connor was the Slayer during 1937. She used the guise of a blind pencil saleswoman on the streets to attract vampires and then slay them. She was recruited by the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) to stop a German spy from smuggling a Djinn to his Nazi superiors.
