The Slimefolk are turquoise slug-like demons living in the underground society.

The Slimefolk and the Fairies do not get along, but at the insistence of the Buffy Summers decoy the Slimefolk are forced into an alliance with them, along with the Ravenclan and the "leafblowers", to combat the demon horde of Yamanh of Hoht.

Slimefolk are ruled by a much larger member of their species, who possesses blue fronds along its body. They operate at least partially by smell, covering the decoy in their slime to make her odor more acceptable.
