Steven S. DeKnight is and American screenwriter from Millville, New Jersey, USA. He has written for Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Smallville. He also directed and produced for Angel and served as a story editor during the sixth season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and a producer during the fifth season of Angel. He has also written for Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season Eight.
Steven started his career as an actor but realized he wasn't cut out for it and switched to writing. While looking for a job as a screenwriter, Steven taught English as a Second Language at a little Japanese school.
