A bunker was the home belonging to Ted Buchanan and his robotic duplication. Investigating here, Xander, Willow and Cordelia find Ted's four wives, who were all dead.[1]
It was presumably destroyed along with the rest of Sunnydale by following the battle at the Hellmouth.[2]
