The so-called Twilight Group was a cabal of humans, as well as demons, that seeks to destroy the Slayers. They were identified by a symbol that represented Twilight, their leader. Some of its members, like General Voll and Lieutenant Moulter, were part of the United States Military, using its capabilities to further Twilight's agenda.
