Vic was a Kailiff demon and a hitman working alongside Griff and Keith for a loan shark.

Vic invaded Cordelia Chase's apartment with his fellow hitmen when on a job to kill Allen Francis Doyle. Even though Keith escaped, Vic fought alongside Griff with Angel and Doyle. During this, the enraged ghost of Maude Pearson projected a number of kitchen knives at Doyle who managed to duck them, letting the knives fly into Vic's chest, killing him.
